Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@houseofpraise.co. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Credit Policy

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

However, if a new order is placed within 14 days of submitting a return request, the return shipping costs may be deducted from or credited against the new order upon request.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-made or personalized products. We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If your order includes any of these, please contact us and we will review possible solutions with you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (once your return is approved) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same return conditions: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or card providers may require additional time to process the refund.
